Four More Films
We’ve seen alot of movies over the last couple of weeks. Here are a few reviews.
The Devil Wears Prada- I loved this film. Meryl Streep was divine in every sense of the word. Great characters, beautiful clothes, and a fantastic storyline. My rating: A
Talledega Nights: The Ballad Of Ricky Bobby – This has to be one of the craziest movies that I’ve ever seen. Will Ferrell’s character is completely nuts, and the homosexual undertones were even shocking to me. Imagine what all those Nascar rednecks that went to see it must have thought! My rating: B
You, Me & Dupree- I didn’t have high expectations for this one, but was pleasantly surprised. It was actually pretty funny and had a decent plot. Kate Hudson is always a delight. My rating: B
A Time To Remember- This was a made-for-TV movie that featured Doris Roberts suffering from Alzheimers. The supporting cast wasn’t that great, and there were some cheesy moments that felt a bit overdone. However, the point that this disease affects the entire family was hard to miss. My rating: B
